Patricio comes from Chilean Patagonia, almost at the end of the world.
His work revolves around light and image, combining storytelling with an ongoing exploration of the possibilities of visual language. He has a particular interest in analog media, including film, magnetic tape, and vinyl.
As a filmmaker, he has written and directed fiction short films, documentaries, and music videos, while also collaborating on theatre productions and art installations with various artistic collectives.
Since moving to Barcelona, he has expanded his practice into the technical production of live events, specializing in rigging, lighting, and LED display systems. At DB Pixel, he continues to explore light and image from a technical perspective, where technology becomes a medium for building immersive experiences.

“I see filmmaking and live events as distinct disciplines that share the same underlying purpose: creating meaningful collective experiences through coordination, creativity, and technical precision.”
