Guido makes sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Responsible for organising crews, equipment, logistics, and schedules to deliver successful events and productions. Works closely with technical teams, suppliers, venues, and clients to keep projects on track, solve problems quickly, and adapt to last-minute changes.
Hands-on, detail-oriented, and used to fast-paced environments, with a strong understanding of audiovisual systems and live event production. Focused on teamwork, clear communication, and getting things done efficiently while keeping quality and client satisfaction high.
