Starting his career as an audio engineer, Graham developed a hands-on understanding of every aspect of technical production. Over the years, this has evolved into a broad operational and commercial knowledge covering audio, video, lighting, networking, staging, logistics, health and safety, ISO standards and project delivery. This practical experience enables him to bridge the gap between strategy, operations and on-site execution.
